Guangdong Library

Guangdong Library, officially known as the Sun Yat-sen Library of Guangdong Province, is a comprehensive regional public library. The “Beautiful Book” library stands on an area of 98,000 square meters, in the heart of the new city – Zhujiang New Town. The library is an architectural masterpiece, where children can explore picture books and storybooks.

Meanwhile, adults enjoy browsing an interesting collection of English books. It was founded in 1912 and is considered one of the province’s important cultural landmarks, which makes it one of the largest city libraries in the world. The library provides 4500 seats for readers and modern equipment, including full Wi-Fi coverage.
