Zhujiang New Town is a central business district at the heart of Guangzhou in Tianhe District, Guangdong Province, China. It is bounded by Huangpu Avenue to the north, the Pearl River to the south, Guangzhou Avenue to the west, and the South China Expressway to the east. It covers 6.44 square kilometers and is divided into two parts by Xiancun Road (Chinese: 冼村路). The larger eastern part mainly contains high-rise residential buildings; at its center is Zhujiang Park, modeled on Central Park in New York City.

It is the city’s modern financial center and one of the most vibrant and prosperous areas in Guangdong. The area has many skyscrapers, luxury hotels, and upscale shopping centers, as well as wide streets, parks, and green spaces such as Huacheng Square.

The area contains prominent landmarks such as the new Guangzhou Library, the Guangdong Museum, the Guangzhou Opera House, and Canton Tower, which can be seen from the opposite bank of the river. The area is easy to reach thanks to the metro lines (Line 3, Line 5, and Zhujiang New Town Station). Zhujiang New Town is a distinctive destination for business and leisure travelers, with international restaurants, cafés, entertainment venues, and modern facilities that make it one of the best areas to stay and work in Guangzhou.
