Huaisheng Mosque (怀圣寺) is one of the oldest mosques in Guangzhou and in China, and is considered one of the most prominent historic Islamic landmarks in the city. It is located in Yuexiu District and includes the minaret called the “Lantern Tower” (光塔). Worshippers are received at the times of the five daily prayers.
